Sounds like a lot of fun with your idea! I agree with you, time is always an issue, I was hoping to implement mine in 1 day but found I needed 2!

ReplyDeleteGreat ideas here. I hope that you have a classroom soon with students who enjoy connecting to students in other countries. Here's a fun print resource to use if you end up teaching 5th-8th graders. The book is titled Extra Credit by Andrew Clements and it is about a girl who changes her world view by corresponding with a pen pal in Afghanistan.
ReplyDeleteThis type of project would be so much more useful if we were all in a classroom. I am glad that we all seem to be doing something that will come in handy in the future though.
